Job summary

Aaction Rents is seeking an experienced Equipment Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair a wide range of rental equipment at our stores and customer sites. The role requires hands-on mechanical work, dependable performance, and strong safety awareness.

You will perform service calls, test repaired equipment, and document repairs while coordinating with management. Travel to customer locations is expected as part of routine duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of mechanical experience.
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair rental equipment.
• Perform service calls and repairs at customer job sites.
• Communicate repair status and progress with managers and team members.
• Ensure safe, organized, and efficient repair work and logs.
