Qualifications

• Knowledge of maintenance and repair of automated equipment, robotics, and data/communication systems.
• Ability to communicate technical guidance and perform fault analysis for field maintenance.
• Ability to interface with internal and external customers to resolve equipment issues.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate a national technical support network for field activities.
• Conduct tests and evaluate maintenance programs, recommending changes as needed.
• Perform trend analysis of equipment failures to reduce downtime.
• Guide remotely located technicians in troubleshooting with online diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement tools.
• Willingness to travel long hours and irregular schedules.
• Use data from reporting systems to drive decisions on performance metrics.

• Reviews engineering change recommendations and assesses maintenance impact and scheduling.
• Provides technical guidance to field staff and communicates with equipment manufacturers and contractors.
