Job summary

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Rental PM Field Tech I to deliver high-quality repair service on rental equipment, ensuring timely and valuable outcomes for customers. The role requires field and shop work, with focus on accurate reporting and safe operation.

You will complete scheduled PMs, provide repair recommendations, and coordinate with customers to fit their timelines while maintaining compliance with DOT and internal databases.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of diesel or gas engines and related systems.
• Ability to perform PM services across rental equipment in field and shop.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate service schedules.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Provide repair recommendations and perform minor service repairs in field and shop.
• Access work order, parts order, and other databases to complete jobs accurately and timely.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, and test assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Use basic hand tools, diagnostic software, and equipment like cranes and rigging.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to customers.
• Submit service reports and DOT logs accurately and on time.
