Job summary

Warren Equipment Company seeks a proactive Rental PM Field Tech I to perform high-quality repair service on a range of rental equipment in the field and shop. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and document work while coordinating with customers to meet schedules and ensure value.

Responsibilities include completing jobs on time, providing repair recommendations, and maintaining accurate records in databases. A CDL or ability to obtain one within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of diesel/gas engines, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems.
• Ability to perform PM services across rental equipment in field and shop.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coordinate service schedules.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Provide repair recommendations and perform minor service repairs in field and shop.
• Access work orders and required databases to complete jobs accurately and promptly.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, test and adjust assemblies.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to customers.
• Complete service reports and DOT logs on time.
