Job summary

PACK Power, LLC is seeking a Field Equipment Operator in Ida Grove, IA to support medium/high voltage projects. You will handle front end loaders, excavators, dozers, and other machinery on varied terrain, performing trenching, backfilling, and site work per OSHA standards.

Expect a per diem on assignment with nationwide project opportunities. The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, plus 6–12 months of construction experience and relevant certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6–12 months of related construction experience.
• NCCER preferred; CDL preferred.
• Equipment operator certifications as required per equipment operated.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all company and safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment proficiently with knowledge of functions and troubleshooting.
• Excavate/backfill trenches with proper slope per OSHA; work on uneven terrain.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew using hand or audio signals.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections; complete reports.
