Job summary

RES is seeking an Operator I to start days with a safety check and tailgate meeting. You may operate a skid steer, dozer, or off-road truck, and assist with planting, erosion control, or grading under field plans and supervisor guidance.

You will join a restoration crew focused on streambank stabilization and wetland work, contributing to a safe, productive outdoor site. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in construction or field crews, plus experience with

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
2+ years of construction, landscaping, or field crew experience.
Experience operating skid steers, off-road trucks, dozers, or excavators and with equipment maintenance.
Familiarity with power, farm, and landscape tools.
Basic understanding of grading and site drainage principles.
Able to read or learn to read project plans, elevations, and field specs.
Ability to communicate clearly with field crews and supervisors.
Safety-first mindset with a record of incident reporting and equipment care.

Responsibilities
