Rust Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to work on the Guthrie, Kentucky site.

The role supports field activities for the Guthrie Interim Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion project and involves operating a range of heavy equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The Operator Journeyman will follow supervisor directions, coordinate actions with crew members, and perform routine maintenance and inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience operating heavy equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret basic plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate light, medium and heavy equipment as directed.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and field activities.
• Demonstrate safe operation and daily maintenance of equipment.
• Load, move and level earth and materials as part of site work.
