Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience or training as an equipment operator.
• Must possess good communication skills (oral and written).
• Valid CDL driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification.
• Understanding of basic installation and layout is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic and specialized power equipment used in the field (sign installation, paint truck, groover, and more).
• Operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Operate a forklift and skid steer for loading/unloading.
• Perform basic maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Assist in painting and taping roads.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Other duties as assigned.
