Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a hands-on Equipment Operations Associate to support FEC activities, ensuring tools, fleet, and equipment are available, safe, and functional. The role involves inventory control, data entry, and coordinating equipment movement on project sites, with emphasis on safety and efficiency. The position requires 2+ years in construction logistics and the ability to operate basic handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, plus 2 years in logistics, construction, or equipment operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment; certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support equipment operations, including receiving, staging, organizing, and tracking tools and equipment.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery of equipment to project sites and assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry in ERP/inventory systems.
• Support scheduling, preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations of equipment.
• Respond to equipment requests and ensure proper documentation from site teams.
