Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Cincinnati seeks an Equipment Operations Support role to assist First Equipment Company (FEC) operations, manage tool and equipment flow, inventory, and basic inspections on project sites.

You will coordinate pickups, support maintenance, data entry in ERP systems, and help ensure safety, accuracy, and timely delivery across warehouse and field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED with 2+ years in construction, logistics, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and maintenance requirements.
• Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks (certification or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support equipment operations including receiving, staging, organizing, and tracking tools and equipment.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment to project sites and assist with loading/unloading.
• Perform basic inspections and minor maintenance to support functionality and safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry in ERP and inventory systems.
• Support equipment scheduling and document routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
• Respond to equipment requests and ensure timely delivery with proper documentation.
