Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 2+ years in construction, logistics, or related field.
• Understand construction equipment, jobsite logistics, and maintenance requirements for tools.
• Commitment to safety practices in material handling and operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts or material handling equipment (certified or willing to obtain).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/database systems.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (30-40%).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily equipment operations including receiving, staging, organizing, and tracking tools and equipment.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of equipment to project sites; support loading/unloading activities.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks to ensure functionality and safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data entry in ERP platforms.
• Support equipment scheduling and document routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations.
• Respond to equipment requests; ensure proper documentation from project teams.
• Assist with equipment check-in/out and track usage.
• Maintain clean and organized storage yards, shops, and tool rooms.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
• Lift/move heavy items and travel to job sites as needed.
