SAGE Rental Services is seeking a Field Equipment Installer to join our San Antonio team. This hands-on field role involves outdoor work, solving equipment-related problems, and handling pumps, piping, hoses, and associated gear at customer sites.

We value dependable, safety-minded individuals with a strong work ethic. Previous pump experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated to grow with SAGE.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work with field crews to safely complete customer projects and service calls.
• Install, set up, operate, and remove pumps, piping, hoses, and related equipment.
• Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment and attachments.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and other field installation equipment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Identify equipment issues and communicate needs to supervisors.
