Job summary

Fairweather is seeking an Environmental Technician II to support compliance data management and field environmental activities on the North Slope. The role involves collaborating across functions to maintain user-friendly data systems and ensure data quality in field operations.

Qualified candidates typically have 3–5 years of experience, with strong problem solving and ability to work in a remote field environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in environmental field operations.
• General knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures used in the department.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, implements, and maintains systematic processes to manage critical compliance data.
• Collaborates with other functions to develop and maintain user friendly systems for information gathering/sharing.
• Manages data gathering, compliance related recordkeeping, data quality assurance, auditing and other field compliance verification activities.
• Conducts field work such as visible emissions observations and leak detection surveys, confirms equipment identification and location.
