Job summary

Muranaka Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a field-oriented candidate for outdoor sampling of building materials, soil, water and air. The role requires reading and writing English, accurate observation recording, and proficient use of hand tools and instruments.

Responsibilities include frequent travel, access to Federal bases and government sites, and independent work while residing on Oahu. Certifications in asbestos and lead inspection are desired but not required initially;

Qualifications

• Travel extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and a car.
• Access to Federal bases and state/government sites.
• Work independently.
• Must reside on Oahu.
• Certifications desired but not required; starting pay depends on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities
