Job summary

Nexusenergyservices is seeking a versatile technician to perform compliance testing and inspections at fueling locations. You will follow safety protocols, use hand tools, operate tablets and ticketing systems, and complete required paperwork promptly.

The role requires a mechanical background, ability to lift 10–50 lbs, climb ladders, and work independently while coordinating with a team. Industrial/site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background with experience using hand tools.
• Experience in trades or industrial/commercial settings.
• Able to lift 10–50 lbs and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and standing.
• Capable of climbing ladders to install and retrieve equipment.
• Strong independent worker with good communication.
• Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and computer-based documentation.
• Ability to learn and use ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance testing and inspections at fueling locations.
• Meet due dates noted in work orders for compliance work.
• Complete all required local, state, or federal paperwork promptly and professionally.
• Follow customer protocols including safety and housekeeping guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels to achieve a first-time fix rate.
• Self-motivate, self-start, and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a team; use standard tools and equipment.
