Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a Compliance Technician to perform routine testing, equipment certification, and maintenance on various machinery at petroleum fueling locations. Training will be provided for qualified applicants.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety policies, completing required paperwork, maintaining licenses, and using ERP systems to manage work orders. Flexibility for overnight shifts and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.
• Possess/obtain certification in, but not limited to UST/operator certifications and related inspections.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete online and classroom training courses.
• Maintain all certifications and licenses up to date.
• Ensure proper uniform and PPE are worn.
• Perform compliance testing and inspections at fueling locations.
• Meet due dates in work orders for compliance tasks.
• Complete required paperwork promptly and professionally.
• Follow customer protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory to achieve a good first-time fix rate.
• Enter work orders in ERP system and use electronic check-in/out.
