Job summary

Ark-Mgt is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join a hands-on, field-based enrollment team in California. You’ll work with community members, explain available programs, assist with enrollment, and deliver a professional customer experience.

No prior experience is required; paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities and a chance to build communication and customer service skills while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles welcome.
• 18+ years of age; valid California driver's license; able to travel within service areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with community members in assigned locations.
• Explain available programs and services clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with enrollment and application processes.
• Use company-provided devices to complete applications.
• Answer customer questions and provide appropriate guidance.
• Maintain accurate customer and activity information.
• Follow company procedures and compliance requirements.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
