Job summary

Sewsus is seeking an Engineering Technologist I at the Texas Customer Service Center. This role involves supporting repairs of SEWS products at customer sites, ensuring quality standards, and documenting engineering processes. Candidates should have 3-5 years of engineering experience and a technical certificate.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of engineering experience.
• Ability to travel and/or perform virtual audits.
• Maintain and promote a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support repairs of SEWS product at customer’s site.
• Conduct New Model Project Development and document requirements.
• Participate in trial activities and document problems.
• Perform sorting or rework of inventory as needed.
• Communicate sorting instructions to the SEWS Warehouse.
