Job summary

PG&E in Stockton is seeking an on-site contributor to support Electric Transmission & Distribution. You will assist in planning, scheduling and cost-control activities, help field engineers, prepare construction notes and field drawings, and manage material orders.

The role requires a high school diploma, a California driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds, work extended hours, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid California Driver's License and PPE readiness.
• Experience with cost estimating and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and cost-control activities.
• Support Senior Field Engineering Technicians and Field Engineers.
• Maintain schedule and cost-control files; index and code data.
• Prepare construction notes and field drawings; order materials.
• Perform contract management and Purchase Order activities.
• Maintain compliance with DOT operations and emergency tasks.
