Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role or as an engineering technician.
• Relevant technical certifications preferred.
• Must pass background check and comply with CTI's drug testing policy; valid driver's license and clean driving record; ability to travel full-time.
• Basic proficiency with engineering tools; familiar with engineering software and design tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and between job sites to assist engineers and senior technicians in fieldwork, testing, and data collection.
• Operate basic technical equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Support the development of technical reports, drawings, and documentation with engineering teams.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines when performing field tasks or lab work.
• Participate in troubleshooting and assist in resolving basic technical issues under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of fieldwork and testing results for project documentation.
