Job summary

CTL|Thompson, Inc. seeks an Engineering Technician for full-time work in our Colorado Springs, CO office. The role includes field and laboratory observations, testing, and reporting, with travel to field sites.

You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and field personnel to ensure quality and safety. We offer hourly pay bands: 18.00–31.00 for Technician I, 21.00–35.00 for Technician II, and 25.00–39.00 for Technician III, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in field observations and testing preferred.
• Willingness to travel to field sites 1–3 hours from office.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and/or laboratory observations and tests per procedures.
• Document observations and test results accurately.
• Assist field managers and communicate with project teams.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment and vehicles as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report findings to project managers.
