Job summary

Infinitek Limited in Central Texas seeks an experienced Field Engineering Manager to provide site leadership during construction, commissioning and start-up of a major data center and power infrastructure project. This hands-on role sits at the interface of Engineering and Construction, ensuring designs can be executed in the field and any technical issues are resolved quickly.

You will lead the field engineering team and coordinate with contractors, vendors and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

Experience delivering major, technically complex projects in LNG, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, data centers or EPC environments.
Construction, commissioning and start-up on greenfield projects are valued.
Ability to lead field engineering teams and resolve field issues quickly.

Responsibilities

Lead field engineering activities across the project.
Interface between Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, contractors and vendors.
Manage RFIs, technical queries, field changes and design clarifications.
Resolve field constructability issues during construction.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering support across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and controls.
Review drawings and specs against field conditions.
Support system turnover, commissioning and start-up.
