Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field service engineering or technical support in a hardware or robotics-intensive environment.
• Experience designing and implementing diagnostic procedures and repair standards.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Engineers.
• Establish structured escalation paths and weekly standups.
• Own hiring and onboarding for future Field Engineers.
• Build and maintain a Repair Standards Library.
• Collaborate with Service Engineering on root cause analysis.
