Qualifications

Lead and mentor a team of Field Engineers.
Establish structured escalation paths and weekly standups.
Own hiring and onboarding for future Field Engineers.
Build and maintain a Repair Standards Library.
Collaborate with Service Engineering on root cause analysis.
