L7 Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer in Orlando to actively participate in field work alongside the crew and Superintendent, including excavation support, material handling, equipment operation, and pipe assembly.

The role requires hands-on construction experience and the ability to work in a hybrid PM/field supervision capacity, with responsibilities spanning field operations, documentation, and coordination with the project team.

Qualifications

• Hands on construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work as a hybrid between project management and field supervision roles.

Responsibilities

• Work hands on in the field to support daily operations.
• Read and interpret construction plans to support field crews.
• Communicate daily with project team to align field progress.
• Assist with scheduling, RFIs, and field documentation.
• Maintain logs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Support purchasing and expediting as needed.
