Job summary

L7 Construction, Inc. seeks a motivated Project Engineer to assist the Project Manager in coordinating water and wastewater construction projects in Central Florida.

You will work with field teams, superintendents, and clients to ensure projects meet quality and schedule targets. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in construction/project engineering, a civil engineering or related degree, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of construction or project engineering experience.
• Familiarity with water/wastewater systems and construction processes.
• Procore experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute water and wastewater construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Assist with managing subcontractors and vendors.
• Participate in project meetings and client communications.
