Job summary

Veolia is hiring a Field Service Representative to manage commissioning, installation, and optimization of water treatment plants. You will interface with design engineering, construction teams, and customers to ensure operations meet specifications and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to travel extensively to various sites, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Strong water treatment chemistry knowledge applicable to troubleshooting and design viability.
• Analytical instrumentation and calibrated tools handling for field service.
• Electrical equipment, control systems, and safety protocol knowledge.
• Computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Willingness and ability to travel 70–80% of time (~250 days/year).
• Ability to work independently and remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Customer relationship management and effective communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multi-project prioritization.
• Strong business judgment and ability to learn company procedures.
• Self-motivated and mathematically oriented with customer service focus.
