Azuria Water Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead field projects in Texas. This role provides oversight for production, safety, quality and project management standards, while coordinating with field crews and subcontractors to control costs and meet production targets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 2+ years PM in field construction or 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio, and strong skills in Excel, Word and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management; 2+ years of field construction management or 5+ years in field construction managing a $1MM portfolio.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of accounting/finance concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Responsible for pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Coordinate with field crews and subcontractors to track costs, meet production rates and gross margins.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFIs; assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts; handle material procurement.
