Job summary

Insituform Technologies, LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee production, safety, quality, and project management across municipal rehabilitation projects. Travel around 25% to job sites, coordinating field crews and subcontractors to meet targets and margins.

You will lead pre-bid surveys, contract start-up/closeout, prepare scopes of work, and manage submittals, RFIs, scheduling, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2+ years of field CM or 5+ years field CM managing a $1MM portfolio.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Accounting/finance basics strongly preferred.
• Water/sewer or municipal environment experience a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel; Primavera/JD Edwards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Lead pre-bid site surveys, contract start-up and closeout.
• Coordinate field crews and subcontractors to track costs and margins.
• Attend pre-bid and status meetings with customers.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and assist with scheduling.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with subcontract awards.
• Handle material procurement for projects.
