Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2+ years in field construction mgmt or 5+ years managing a $1MM portfolio.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills; Primavera/JD Edwards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards.
• Pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/start-up, and closeout.
• Track and manage project costs with field crews and subcontractors to meet production and gross profit goals.
• Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project status meetings with customers.
• Prepare, submit, and track submittals and RFIs.
• Assist with scheduling jobs.
• Prepare scopes of work and assist with awarding subcontracts.
• Handle material procurement.
