Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree related to engineering or relevant experience is required.
• 2 years experience servicing and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Experience with CRM software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Commission and integrate computer vision systems into industrial manufacturing lines.
• Provide customer support through training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and services.
• Collaborate with customers to implement custom features for PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and VFDs.

Skills

Excellent communication abilities

Comfortable interacting directly with customers

Independent and self-motivated

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Understanding of electrical circuits

Knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA

Proficient with the Microsoft Software Suite

Valid driver’s license
