Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Field Engineer to support utility-scale solar and energy infrastructure projects across the United States. This role connects engineering, construction, quality, and project management to ensure safe, compliant, and on-design project delivery.

The position is site-based with daily per diem and rotations every 3–4 weeks, requiring field problem solving and cross-disciplinary collaboration across multiple projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field.
• Experience creating reports, maintaining documentation, or compiling project data.
• Experience meeting deadlines and coordinating multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with construction teams, engineering partners, subcontractors, owners, and regulators to support project execution and resolve field issues.
• Support First Article Inspections and verify work per drawings, specs, and project requirements; manage docs and redlines.
• Generate and track RFIs to keep schedule on track and minimize delays.
