Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field (civil/mining/mechanical/geotechnical/construction management).
• Strong desire to work in underground construction and be willing to travel and relocate nationwide.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Readiness to participate fully in field and district office assignments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; capable of coordinating with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews and supervision.
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and contract documents.
• Assist in preparing work plans, packages, and cost data for bids and submittals.
• Support field and office engineering tasks, including data collection and cost reporting.
• Coordinate material deliveries and schedule work groups on site.
• Support safety practices, site investigations, and documentation such as RFIs and daily reports.
