Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 2–4 years of oil & gas industry experience.
• Willingness to be on 24-hour on-call basis.
• Fundamentals of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Strong reading/writing skills, good judgment and decision making.
• Time management and attention to quality control.
• Physically capable to perform field tasks.
• Able to operate tools and equipment safely.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% domestically and <10% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily operations and safety meetings; reports issues promptly.
• Maintains equipment and work area in safe, presentable condition.
• Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions.
• Perform job planning, prepare tools, mobilize, execute jobs and document data.
• Test, operate and maintain tools and equipment per instructions.
• Develops and maintains positive client relationships for repeat business.
• Deliver superior service quality to the client.
• Manage inventory and supplies at the well site.
• Follow up on failures with R&M and close reports with clients.
• Lead equipment failure investigations supporting root cause analyses.
• Mentor field operation crew members where level permits.
• Senior level advisors may interpret data for clients and management.
