Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is the minimum requirement.
• 0–1 year experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Strong math, physics and chemistry fundamentals.
• Proficiency with reading and writing, and safety in the field.

• Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, JHA, and report issues.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and work area in safe conditions.
• Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions.
• Perform job planning, tool/equipment prep, mobilization, execution, and data submission for invoicing.
• Available on 24 hours call basis for customer needs.
• Test, operate, and maintain tools and equipment per instructions.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Deliver superior service quality to the client.
• Manage inventory and supplies at the well site.
• Follow up failures with R&M and close reports with clients.
• Lead or participate in root cause analyses when required.
• Oversee/mentor field operation crew where appropriate.
• Senior roles may advise management and interpret data for clients.
