Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and owner specs.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design and estimating tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects.
• Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution.
• Ensure quality control, manage costs, purchase materials, and maintain schedule and logistics.
• Administer safety programs following the 'Nobody Gets Hurt' philosophy.
• Foster relationships with owners and stakeholders.
• Review drawings/specs, perform material takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates.
• Supervise subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and uphold high construction standards.
