Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and owner specs.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA standards; willingness to relocate/travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dynamic team to build, estimate, and schedule mechanical, electrical, and heavy industrial construction projects
• Prepare detailed work plans and schedules to guide project execution
• Ensure quality control, manage costs, purchase and manage materials, and maintain schedule and equipment logistics
• Administer safety programs with strict adherence to Kiewit’s “Nobody Gets Hurt” philosophy
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners and stakeholders
• Support both administrative and field operations: review drawings/specs, perform material takeoffs, and prepare cost estimates
• Supervise subcontractors, coordinate with vendors, and uphold high construction standards
