Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or similar in a relevant field.
• Willingness to work on- and offshore and travel extensively.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Welltec Safety and Quality Policy standards.
• Execute electric wireline field operations including planning and setup.
• Collaborate with other engineers in the field.
• Complete job paperwork on time.
• Undergo Welltec training.
• Handle technical, safety, and shop/office tasks as assigned.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform maintenance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and field personnel.
• Uphold a high level of customer service.
