Job summary

Welltec is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer to join our Global Operations in North America. You will participate in field operations, from data collection to planning long-term well development, and support with organizing, running, and reporting on interventions.

You will undergo hands-on training covering our energy sector and Welltec technology, with opportunities to grow, take responsibility early, and contribute to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Willingness to work on- and offshore environments.
• Strong compliance mindset and knowledge of QHSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Welltec Safety and Quality Policy standards.
• Execute field operations including planning, rigging, and service delivery in the field.
• Collaborate with junior or senior field engineers.
• Complete job paperwork in a timely manner.
• Undergo Welltec training and develop technical skills.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition.
• Troubleshoot equipment and communicate effectively with clients.
