Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for work.
• Basic understanding of commercial construction.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors on active construction jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day management of construction projects.
• Learn and understand project plans and drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and site activities.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the Superintendent and Area Manager.
• Maintain project schedules and identify potential delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor work progress, quality, and safety.
• Document field conditions and complete daily reports.
