Job summary

Holder Construction in the United States is seeking a Field Engineer Technician to join our Operations team on the Conesville, OH project. This full-time role emphasizes accurate surveying, stake setting, and ensuring daily field quality and safety.

You will operate total stations, transits, and levels, maintain field notes and equipment, and collaborate with crew to meet elevations, grades, and alignments while working outdoors, often on uneven terrain and variable weather.

Qualifications

• 2 years of construction/surveying experience using total station and site levels.
• Strong surveying math and good communication skills.
• Able to lift and work outdoors on uneven surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate total station instrument, transit, auto level and other surveying instruments.
• Set and mark stakes for slopes, grades and other construction purposes.
• Determine lines, elevations, grades, alignments, angles, positions, and distances; maintain survey equipment.
