Qualifications

• Read and interpret complex Structural, Architectural, and Shop Drawings.
• Provide accurate layouts from drawings without supervision, including footings and columns.
• Coordinate across multiple drawing sets to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Apply temperature corrections accurately when chaining and use scales precisely.

Responsibilities

• Surveying & control management: establish horizontal/vertical control and maintain alignment.
• Equipment care: maintain total station and auto level instruments and perform calibrations.
• Calculations & materials: estimate concrete quantities and track pours.
