Ryan Companies is seeking an entry-level Field Engineer in Chicago, IL, reporting to the Superintendent and Project Manager. You will assist the project team, learn field and office operations, and understand how activities connect to the built project.

Responsibilities include shop drawing coordination, office/field support, estimating and quantity take-offs, material purchasing, inventory control, schedule monitoring, subcontractor coordination, invoicing, and other tasks as directed by your

Job Description:

The Field Engineer is an entry level position reporting to the Superintendent with indirect reporting to the Project Manager, assisting the project team in the completion of a designated project. This position has the objective of educating the employee in field and office operations and to show the relationship of those efforts to the physical construction of the project.
