Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Desire to learn multifamily construction lifecycle.
• Familiarity with construction documents and safety standards.
• Professional communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Tech-savviness (MS Office is a must).
• Strong work ethic and sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities including safety and quality assurance.
• Review drawings, submittals, and construction schedules.
• Manage site logistics: deliveries and equipment use.
• Build relationships with subcontractors for smooth communication.
• Conduct quality control checks and document progress.
• Support project budgeting and reporting.
• Participate in jobsite meetings for real-time decision-making.
