Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC, seeks a Field Engineer to support solar project construction across multiple U.S. sites. This entry-level role works closely with Project Engineers, Managers and Superintendents, relocating to the project site for its duration.

You will assist with safety, quality, and coordination to help deliver projects on time and within budget, leveraging training and internship experience in renewable energy or construction.

Qualifications

• Recent grad with a degree in construction management, Construction Science, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, graduation by June 2027 preferred.
• Internship experience in construction or renewable energy is strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of project management phases and administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents on construction aspects of solar projects from notice to proceed through final acceptance.
• Coordinate activities for project execution under the direction of a Superintendent.
• Support project administration to ensure conformance with design, budget and schedule.
• Contribute to RFI and Submittal processes for the assigned scope of work.
• Maintain documentation and reports, monitor safety, quality and risk controls.
