Qualifications

• Proficiency with site layout, staking, and project surveying tools.
• Ability to manage scope, cost, and contractor coordination on major projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily coordination to contractors and maintain project schedules.
• Plan construction activities with facility operators to prevent delays.
• Inspect contractor progress and verify field operations for quality.
• Provide site layout and as-built information; manage surveyors as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance with site and OSHA standards.
• Interact with stakeholders to develop requirements, schedules, and estimates.
• Resolve field design and construction conflicts in real time.
• Operate earthmoving equipment as needed to support infrastructure work.
