Kroll is seeking a Field Engineer to deploy, install, and maintain servers, routers, edge switches, UPS systems, and desktop hardware in client environments. The role requires hands-on implementation, testing, and on-site problem solving in a fast-paced setting.
You will lead technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless project execution, equipment delivery, and reliable IT operations for our customers.
The Field Engineer will deploy, install and maintain servers, routers, edge switches, telecommunication systems, UPS systems, and desktop PC hardware in support of customer operations. This is a fast-paced program that requires someone who works well in a dynamic environment.
The Field Engineer is responsible for procedural input to the planning, preparation, and execution of all projects. Responsible for the technical direction, leadership and training of less experienced staff. Must have the ability to complete complex assignments without direction and direct those engineers that are more junior.
