Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
0–3 years of professional experience.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with computers, networks, software, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical point of contact for customers using Omnisight products and systems.
Configure and commission systems for new customer deployments.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, connectivity, and configuration issues.
Work directly with customers to understand technical issues and drive resolution.
Support field deployments, system testing, demonstrations, and customer evaluations.
Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and customer resources.
Use scripting and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
