Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, networks, software, and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers using Omnisight products and systems.
• Configure and commission systems for new customer deployments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, connectivity, and configuration issues.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical issues and drive resolution.
• Support field deployments, system testing, demonstrations, and customer evaluations.
• Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and customer resources.
• Use scripting and tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
