Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks a Senior Radar Engineer to support a government customer on-site at Redstone Arsenal. The role focuses on radar system analyses, root-cause investigations, and translating complex algorithms into real‑time representations.

You will build analytical tools in MATLAB or Python, mentor junior staff, and collaborate daily with government personnel in a multi-contractor environment. A DoD Secret Clearance is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; 9+ years of experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance highly desired.
• Strong background in radar system design, analysis, and operation; ability to read ADA code.

Responsibilities

• Conduct radar system analyses, root-cause evaluation and issue resolution.
• Translate radar algorithms into real-time representations and prepare technical docs.
• Create MATLAB/Python tools and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Work on-site daily at Redstone Arsenal as part of a multi-contractor team.
