Job summary

Blythe Construction, Inc. is seeking a Field Engineer in North Carolina to assist with tracking quantities, cost control, and coordination between engineering and construction activities.

You will help with contract management and ensure proper documentation and logs are maintained on site. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and prior Field Engineer experience, with familiarity in Excel, Primavera, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; not entry-level.
• Experience as Field Engineer required.
• Experience in asphalt/roads/bridges preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Completes paperwork needed for the billing.
• Responsible for checking and tracking quantities (cost control quantities).
• Responsible for locating utilities; maintaining logs and assuring all tickets are current.
• Responsible to archiving and recording all correspondence regarding the project.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment.
