Actalent seeks a Field Engineer to perform on-site data collection and pole verification in El Paso, TX. You will confirm orders, review scopes, and complete safety checklists while using Katapult and ArcGIS tools to capture pole and attachment details.

Responsibilities include precise measurement capture, data uploads, and timely reporting to management. On-site role with a benefits-rich environment and field-focused teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with power poles and overhead utilities.
• Electrical knowledge required for field audits.
• Proficiency with field data collection using Katapult/ArcGIS toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Confirm project/work order and route before departure.
• Review scope and maps for field assignments.
• Complete pre-safety/JHA checklist.
• Verify PPE, measuring tools, and device/tablet.
• Record pole data including owner, class, height, and attachments.
• Capture measurements using Katapult and upload data/photos to systems.
